Learning Nudges Programs for Organizations
We've developed two unique Learning Nudges programs for organizations addressing a wide range of common diversity challenges and misunderstandings. Our goal is to build more inclusive teams in a fun, relatable way without any efforts to convince, blame, or use incentives. Our learning nudges are designed for thoughtful reflection, and inspire meaningful, enlightened conversations. The key elements of each program are:
New Learning Nudges are produced monthly, based on thorough research. They are reviewed by a panel of diversity and inclusion experts, many in active corporate HR roles, then tested. Our vision is to share these unique educational program with leaders that value building highly inclusive teams and organizations.
We are also able to develop customized animations to address the specific goals and challenges facing your organization, and offer branded solutions. Program descriptions:
1. The original "Learning Nudges" program provides organizations with 26 micro-lessons, generally delivered to employees weekly over a 6 month period for ongoing learning, and to challenge blind spots relating to diversity and inclusion.
