Our Learning Nudges Program for Organizations
We've developed a six-month Learning Nudges journey for organizations that addresses a wide range of common diversity challenges and misunderstandings. Our goal is to build more inclusive teams in a fun, relatable way without any efforts to convince, blame, or use incentives. Our learning nudges are designed for thoughtful reflection, and inspire meaningful, enlightened conversations. The key elements are:
New Learning Nudges are produced monthly, based on thorough research. They are reviewed by a panel of diversity and inclusion experts, many in active corporate HR roles, then tested. Our vision is to share this unique educational program with leaders that value building highly inclusive teams and organizations.
